The item was not as described on the website. We need to have a return label to ship it back to you, and to be credited back the full purchase price. I have tried several times to email, and have not been emailed back.

I saw a product fir 40.00 dollars less on Amazon. They asked me to send the website and this went on for days.

I received and installed mirrored medicine cabinet. It got perfect but for some reason the clips to hold glass shelves were missing from the box.

I purchased mail box and pole nice stuff

400.00.just installed they sent me a aluminum pole with steel mailbox extremely

Heavy box.. its to heavy for the pole causing it the flex not good. I called the company that makes the boxs they sell the same box in aluminum much lighter.

So I feel there was an error in materials given to me.the pole is great box is to heavy.

Just trying to talk to someone to maybe

Rectify the issue.

My Johnny Applesauce Maker came with a big hole in the squirt guard. I need to use this NOW and I don't want to have to ship it back and wait weeks for another one to arrive.

Can you send me a new squirt guard and I'll return the damaged one when it arrives? I think I jerryrig this to work for a short time.

We have a missing part in an order placed with clickhere2shop. They informed us the issue would be resolved within 2 days of contacting them.

11 days have passed, and we have not heard a word or received an actual reply when we email them.

The phone is useless as no one answers it. This was a clickhere2shop order, don't try to say it is a different place we ordered from.
